Now also a post in English!

All of my colleagues, who also want to know about my trips across Ontario, but can't speak German, can now thank Alphee who asked me once in a while to also write something in English.

It would be too long to write now about all my weekend trips, there are already too many of them. I visited so far Kitchener, Elora, St. Jacobs, Kingston, Niagara Falls, the Muskoka region, Peterborough, Oshawa (there is a nice beach!).. I was several times in Toronto, watched a baseball game in Rogers Center, we went on Toronto Island and to Canada's Wonderland, we also discovered Toronto's nightlife when we went to Rockwood.

Definitively one of my top highlights here in Canada is our dinner in the 360° Restaurant on the CN-Tower. We (meaning Vanessa, Sabrina, our friend from Mississauga, her boyfriend Tom, Dennis, our friend from Peterborough and myself) went there the Sunday before last and had a really great time up there. The dinner was excellent and the view was fantastic. We first had sunshine, then we saw the rain clouds come closer and closer, we saw lightnings (Tom even got one on a photo!). Afterwards, the sun came out again and we saw a rainbow. So it was really amazing up there!

Another highlight was our sailing last Saturday. One of Dennis' collegues has his sailing boat in Cobourg, so we went there last Saturday and had a great afternoon on the boat. Unfortunately, the longer we were on the boat, the cloudier and colder it got. But we had enough clothing with us, so that we were able to put bit by bit more clothes on. When we got back, the sun came out again, so we took a little walk at the beach promenade and watched the beachvolleyball-games.

The next day, we relaxed a little bit and went Minigolf - because everybody has to start from the scratch, right? ;o)

So, what's up next? New York for the long weekend! I am really looking forward to it!
